French Toast
4 eggs Whipped  
6 tortillas Mannies 6 in. Fat Free 11 carbs for 2  
Soak tortillas in eggs for 3 hours.
Heat a pan to medium high, melt 2 Tbl. of butter before frying each tortilla. The tortillas will puff up beautifully. Top with sugar free syrup or sweetener and cinnamon.

Hot Italian Hoagie Sandwiches
4 Mannies Fat Free Tortillas 22 carbs
2 pkgs. Buddig Chipped Ham 2 carbs
40 slices Pepperoni 4 carbs
1 cup Shredded Italian Cheeses 2 carbs
400 degree Preheated Oven  
4 Tbl. Butter or Margarine  
In skillet melt butter and coat one side of tortillas. Place tortillas butter side down on cookie sheet. Layer pepperoni, ham, and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until tortilla is just crisp. Fold and eat.
Options: banana peppers, black olives, lettuse, mayo, italian dressing, onion, pizza sauce.

BLT Burgers
4 6 inch Mannies Fat Free Tortillas 22
4 i/4 lb. Burger patties  
1 lb. Bacon cooked  
  Mayo, Lettuse, Tomato ?
     
I have figured out how to cook the bacon, burgers, and tortillas to all get done at the same time, good luck.
Fry tortillas in butter on both sides about 3 minutes each side. Cut burger patties in half and arrange on half of tortilla. Add mayo, bacon, lettuse, and tomato. Fold and eat.
