Cream Cheese Eggs
6 eggs   Scrambled
4oz Cream Cheese (half bar) Cubed
In a pan heated to medium. Melt Tbl. butter and coat well. Add eggs and scramble as normal when almost done add cream cheese cubes. Turn off heat and stir until cheese is melted and mixed well. Tastes close to a potato dish.
