  Salmon Patties  
1/2 Bag Meijer Salt & Vinegar Pork Rinds Crushed
1 can Salmon Deboned
2 large Eggs  
     
     
Mix ingredients well. Form approximately 8 3-inch patties. These patties will be delicate turn carefully. About 3 minutes per side.
NOTE
Frishes Tarter Sauce has 1 carb per table spoon! If you can find it in your area. If you like your tarter sauce sweet add a little sweetener.

  Fish Coating  
1 lb. Fish about 6 fillets  
1 tsp. Butter Buds 2 carbs
1 cup Soy Flour 20 carbs
1tsp Salt  
1 tsp. Baking powder  
2 lrg. Eggs beaten  
1/4 inch Canola oil trace
Heat oil in skillet to medium high. With tongs or your fingers, dip fish in egg and then roll in coating. Place in hot skillet. Fish doesn't take long to cook turn once. Fish is done when flaky and clear juice runs from center.
