French Toast
4 eggs Whipped  
6 tortillas Mannies 6 in. Fat Free 11 carbs for 2  
Soak tortillas in eggs for 3 hours.
Heat a pan to medium high, melt 2 Tbl. of butter before frying each tortilla. The tortillas will puff up beautifully. Top with sugar free syrup or sweetener and cinnamon.

Garlic Cheese Biscuits
(Sort of like the ones at Red Lobster.)

Low Carb 0-5
Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C.
Grease pans
Bake for 12-16 min. 18 muffins
Bake for 18-20 min. 12 muffins
Price approximately $3.80 batch (soy flour)
3 whole eggs -- slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups -- soy flour or Atkins Bake Mix
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water -- add slowly
4 ounces grated cheese – Cheddar or Italian mix
Mix all ingredients together (water last as needed). Dough will be almost like cookie dough. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. These biscuits freeze well for a short time.

Adapted from cheese biscuits

Beat egg then add all ingredients together (water last as needed). Dough will be like thick cake mix. Drop by tablespoonfuls into greased muffin pans.

Cheesy Bread

2 Tortillas Mannies Fat Free 11 Carbs for 2
Shredded Cheese 1/4th bag per tortilla
Italian mix.
 
Pinch per tortilla Italian seasoning  
Pinch per tortilla Garlic Powder  
     
Preheat oven 400. Spread cheese evenly add seasonings. Bake exactly 10 minutes. We eat these with every meal. Add pepperoni for sauceless pizza.
