description of options or terms. I believe if you do a little research you will find my
prices are reasonable, if not cheap.

Domain Registration
The yearly registration and sole right to use your domain name (yourname.com) for your
site.

I use Register.com to handle domains. They are reputable and have been around a long
time.

Points your domain name (yourname.com) to my hosting space.

Web Hosting Shared (at Maraz.com)
I bought my own hosting space a couple years ago and renew it yearly. I split the cost
with my clients so the more sites I add to my hosting space the cheaper the cost to my
other customers.

Web Hosting Yours (alone)
Own your own hosting space. There are a couple perks to having your own hosting. However,
most web sites will never use the amount of space offered by most hosting companies. I
have 4 client web sites and 8 sample web sites on my hosting space. I haven't used even
1/4th of the space allotted yet.

Web Hosting Free (for personal web sites)
If you just want a web site for personal use and promise not to advertise for
businesses... Several web sites offer free hosting. I can build the site and set it up for
you then show you how to add things to it. If you like I can show you how to build from
scratch.

Search Engine Submission
I build your web site so that search engines can find your site through key words. I don't
think you need this service but it will ensure that your site is submitted monthly to a
large number of popular search engines.

Home Page
This is your starting page. It is the most important page because it is your first on-line
impression and all links branch out from it. I put great thought into the home pages
design and use it as a template for the rest of your pages.

Each Page After
Most small business web sites have 5-10 pages. If you are considering a website that will
need a large number of pages, we can work with pricing.

Graphics Package
Graphics are very important to the look of your website. A website that is too heavy with
graphics will load slowly. A website with drab colors will make your site uninteresting. I
try to create graphics that are bright and exciting while making sure the pages look
professional and will load quickly (Less than 30 seconds on a 28.8bps internet
connection).
My standard graphics package consists of 1 logo, 1 background, and 1 set of buttons. I can
create animations and several other graphic types for you. I can create wallpaper for your
computers desktop, logos for your letter heads, business cards, and flyers. Prices will
vary.

A Single Home Page with
advertising
This is a really big bargain! You get your own (yourname.com) domain name and a
single web pages for private or business use. You don't have to pay for URL forwarding.
The catch is, Register.com puts a huge advertising banner at the bottom of your page. I
still design you a nice page, but I wave most of my hosting and graphics fees. I do still
charge an hourly updating fee, once your page becomes live on the internet. Why am I
offering this? My thinking is you will be so pleased with your home page you will want to
upgrade to a full site later. See I told you I was honest.

Site Submissions
I can search the web for sites related to your type of business and ask them to
add a link to your site from theirs. Many sites unfortunately charge for this.

Website Updating
Once I have designed, built and published your website to the internet I can make
changes at any time. For example, if you need to update your menus or prices for services,
just send me an e-mail or give me a call. I charge by the hour once your site has been
built. (I charge a very reasonable $10.00 per hour with a $5.00 minimum. I have heard of
web designers charging $60.00 per hour.)
